The Farm House is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with wood floors and a wrap-around porch that comfortably sleeps 7. There is a queen bed in the master suite, a double and a twin in the guest room and a comfortable fold-out queen in the living room.

The Bunk House is a spacious great room trimmed in cedar with tile floors, a vaulted ceiling and a wood burning stove. It contains 8 twin beds, each with a twin trundle, making 16 twins or 8 doubles. The Bunk House has a huge kitchen and full bath. Both homes share an incredible stone patio with a BBQ pit, ice chest and fire pit and are shaded by beautiful oak trees.

Just in case you find yourself with extra time, there is basketball, tetherball, table tennis, picnic tables and lots of space for relaxation.

Policies:
A $250.00 security deposit is due at time of booking.
Balance is due at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
     If the remaining balance is not received 14 days prior
     to arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled and
     deposit forfeited.
For cancellations made at least 30 days in advance,
     the deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations made
     afterwards, the deposit will be refunded if there is a
     replacement booking.
Discounts are available for consultants and group
     coordinators with a minimum of 10 guests.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm.
     These times are flexible if they do not interfere with
     another booking.
Smoking is not permitted within 50 ft. of a building.
